The prices provided apply to my Ashtead, Guildford and Epsom locations, and sessions by Zoom. Please contact me for my London prices.
Standard Session
This type of session is suitable for most issues. Sessions are up to one hour in length. The first session is comprised of a detailed history take plus the first round of hypnosis. Hypnotherapy is not designed to be long-term, and most people are surprised at just how few sessions are needed. Each session is bespoke to you and various techniques will be used depending on you and your issue.
Smoking & Addiction
This is a one-off, two-hour session. You experience both active participation in the hypnotic process as well as a great deal of post-hypnotic suggestion and WordWeaving. This technique can be extremely effective in enabling you to quit smoking as we endeavour to break the emotional connection between you and cigarettes during the initial part of the session, while the habit portion of your smoking is addressed in the latter part.
Confidence Breakthrough Session
This is a three-hour session for people who want an intensive programme to combat low self-confidence or self-esteem issues. The session will be tailored to suit your specific requirements and will include both hypnosis and NLP. Note that confidence and self-esteem issues can also be dealt with in a series of one-hour sessions.
Hypnosis For Childbirth
I am a Confident Childbirth Practitioner and have designed a course of 4, one-hour sessions where I teach expectant mothers self-hypnosis and various relaxation and pain control techniques to use both before and during labour and delivery. Hypnotherapy has been found to be extremely effective in reducing the amount of time spent in labour, the need for medication, and the need for medical intervention. Hypnosis is the only known no-risk pain reliever, making it safer for both mother and baby, and it has also been shown to reduce instances of post-natal depression.
Past-Life Regression
We can use past-life regression to try to find the origins of issues that seem to have no root in our current past. This is a fascinating area that people often find extremely enlightening, which can be used to address a particular issue or understand patterns or origins of behaviour.
“I loved my past life regression sessions with Natalie. She is so welcoming, and warm and makes you feel safe and in control. I definitely trust and recommend her.”

Hypno-Relaxation
This is a lovely one-hour session where you experience deep trance and positive suggestions and relaxation.

FAQs
Feeling comfortable with a therapist and having rapport with them is very important. I encourage people to look around different websites and ring a few different therapists so that you can get a sense of their approach and personality. I would also recommend making sure they belong to a regulating body, like the National Council for Hypnotherapy.
While it’s impossible to say exactly how many sessions any one person may need, hypnotherapy is not meant to be long term and generally people come for 3 – 5 sessions, with many noticing some positive change after just the first one. Issues like simple phobias can take just one session. Smoking cessation is a one-off, 2 hour session.

Yes, absolutely. The only time I can, and indeed must, break confidentiality is if I feel you are going to do harm to yourself or someone else.
